Product description：

Metalaxyl is an acylalanine fungicide with systemic function.[3] Its chemical name is methyl N-(methoxyacetyl)-N-(2,6-xylyl)-DL-alaninate. It can be used to control Pythium in a number of vegetable crops, and Phytophthora in peas. Metalaxyl-M is the ISO common name and Ridomil Gold the trade name for the optically pure (-) / D / R active stereoisomer, which is also known as mefenoxam.

Physical and chemical properties:

The appearance of pure product is white crystal. m.p. 71～72℃, vapor pressure 2.933×10^-4Pa(20℃), relative density 1.21(20℃). It is soluble in a variety of organic solvents, with a Chemicalbook solubility of 65% in methanol and a solubility of 0.71% in water (20°C). It is relatively stable in acid and neutral media. The original powder is yellow to brown powder with a flash point of 155°C (closed dish). Non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive.

Usage：
