Product description:

Pure mancozeb is white powder, industrial products are gray white or light yellow powder, with rotten egg taste. It is insoluble in water, insoluble in most organic solvents, can be dissolved in pyridine, light, heat, humidity is not stable, in the case of alkaline substances or copper, mercury and so on are easy to decompose to form carbon disulfide (CS2), reduce the efficacy.

Toxicity information

The acute oral toxicity of manganzeb in rats was > 5000mg/kg, and the inhalation toxicity of manganzeb was > 5.14mg/L. It had no skin irritation to rabbits, and the irritation to eyes was grade  III (EPA classification). Studies on the chronic toxicity of manganese-zinc have found that long-term exposure to manganese-zinc may cause Parkinson's disease and other neurodegenerative diseases.

Chemical properties

Greyish-yellow powder. Decomposition before melting. It is virtually insoluble in water and most organic solvents. It is stable under normal storage conditions, but under humid and acidic conditions, it will decompose when the temperature increases.

Usage: 

This product is a broad-spectrum bactericide for leaf protection, which is widely used in fruit trees, vegetables and field crops. It can prevent and treat a variety of important leaf fungal diseases, such as wheat rust, corn big spot, potato Phytophthora, fruit tree scab, anthrax, etc. It has wide uses and good efficacy, and has become an important variety of non absorbable protective bactericides. It can be used alternately or mixed with internal fungicides.
